Kalys - Mousse/Espuma Kit

Product Overview:

Expand your cooking horizons by making amazing mousses and espuma/foams with this kit. Mix the two powders with your choice of ingredients (results vary depending on ingredients used), pour into a cream whipper, 'charge' with a N2O cream charger cartridge and serve!
You can now make gelatin-free, low fat, egg-free mousses! Hot or cold - hard, soft or foamy.
Please note you will need a stainless steel commercial cream whipper and N2O cream chargers to make mousses with this kit.

Kit Contents:

• 5 x 2g Kappa Carrageenan (natural gelling agent)
• 5 x 2g Xanthan Gum (thickener)
• A user guide with 8 recipes

Makes 5-10 preparations. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight in the original packaging. Products keep 6 months on opening of individual packets / sachets.
